Gestalt Style File: Bianca Hall of French for Pineapple
The beauty of creating lighting design for the home is seeing how different people interpret your vision. While we love styling our shoots, curating our shows and working on beautiful interior design projects, there’s something extra special about collaborating with someone new.
As one of Stella Magazine’s Top 50 Women to Follow in 2018, there’s no denying blogger and social media star Bianca Hall’s credentials as a home style maven. As the mind, body and soul behind frenchforpineapple.com, Bianca’s 22k+ Instagram followers are privy to advice on DIY, home style and the real life day-to-day experiences of a contemporary influencer and digital entrepreneur.
As you might expect, Bianca’s home is an ode to glamour, travel and design treasure-hunting. Here are five of our favourite recent posts:
To celebrate the launch of Gestalt’s debut lighting collection Aquiline, we collaborated with Bianca as she channels boutique hotel chic in her own home. Choosing the versatile and elegant single stem table lamp, she added monochrome patterned textiles, soft metallics and an earth-tone feature-wall to create a warm, inviting lobby-inspired corner.
While it might be a daunting prospect for some, using white furniture and cabinetry in a room with a stunning parquet floor is always a win. Paired with gorgeous greenery and a bold Damien Hirst print, this space breathes laid back luxury.
Taking it to the bedroom, we are obsessed with this marble, metallic and pastel-led scheme. Dusty pink bed-wear perfectly complements the rich chocolatey tones of that incredible headboard.
Metallic upholstery, a sumptuous monochrome throw and a couple of burnt orange cushions? A perfect match for the eye-catching picture-wall.
Continuing the monochrome theme, Bianca’s cool, calm television room is an homage to detail. We love the wonderful mirror paired with a simple black coffee table.
